FAQ's

Shipping

All orders are sent from our studio in Sydney via Australia Post.  

Please allow for 1-3 days for your order to be dispatched and then up to 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. 

Article ID will be sent via email once shipped. Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive in your inbox. 

Always ensure your email and address details are entered correctly. White and Willow will not be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you have any concerns about your order or require it by a certain date please send us an email at hello@whiteandwillow.com.au and we will do our best to get it to you on time. 

 

We also will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods.

International customers -

We currently ship to New Zealand ,Singapore, Malaysia , USA and Canada.

UK customers please purchase from our Etsy store so VAT can be applied to order. 
If you are located elsewhere please contact us to arrange a quote on shipping. 

Some orders may incur a customs charge.We do not have any control over these charges. All charges (if any) are to be paid by customer.

Delivery can take up to 10-20 days to arrive .

We also will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Tracking option at checkout is advised. 

Returns

Please choose carefully we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

We will exchange (clothing only) if size is not right. Please see our size chart to compare measurements on your child before purchasing to avoid this. Return postage costs will be at customers expense.

Our top priority is to provide you with outstanding customer service and products that you will adore. However, in the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your order, please send us an email and let us know so we can help resolve the issue. We would like to have all our customers happy with their purchase.

Care instructions for headwear

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our hair accessories please make sure that they are handled and stored with care.

Avoid holding floral pieces by the flowers and try to just hold them using the elastic or ties attached

When storing our handmade pieces please keep away from dust and sunlight. Flower crowns with satin ties will keep their shape better if stored hanging rather than laying flat.
